INFERNO- Karyat the blue city

This piece is part of a personal IP I've been developing in the past months, I had lots of fun designing it and I hope you like it!

People relied on fishing in the ocean and water-absorbing plants like giant cacti to survive. Technology was not a priority anymore techniques of engineering and advanced math were being forgotten, Dino-like creatures were the most common way of transportation.
The economy centered around trading scavenged items in Karyat, the blue city, now elevated due to lowered sea levels. The city is surrounded by protective walls and is known for a heavily guarded temple atop the mountain. Home of Hades, a ruthless emperor, treated as a God by its citizens who believe he has the power to create water.
